Carcass quality control
A monitoring system developed using artificial intelligence for slaughterhouses with a centralized information dashboard for visualization and analysis of carcass conditions on the slaughterhouse conveyor line. An advanced counting solution is designed to equip slaughterhouses with the capability for qualified counting, management, and reporting on the number of carcasses at each facility, as well as for carcass classification.

Counting boxes of shrimp
A vision system is used at the shrimp factory to count crates and determine their various sizes. The system identifies small buckets, large buckets, and empty buckets.

Cap detection and orientation analysis
The project was implemented at a factory where different caps were used for filling various types of products into bottles of different volumes, for each type of liquid and bottle. In total, 8 different types of caps were used at the factory.
Features
The machine vision system recognizes the cap and analyzes its orientation, then transmits the position and orientation of the cap in real time to the robot, which selects the cap and places it on top of the bottle.
Detection and segmentation of steel defects
As part of the project, a machine vision system was installed on the production line at the steel plant, which is used to detect and classify defects on the steel sheet, as well as to segment the defect area.

Virtual Security
The project was implemented as a prototype for the application of a virtual fence system to measure safety, the waiting state when the hand(s) does not cross the virtual fence, and the warning state when the hand(s) crosses the virtual fence.
