We designed an integrated system that automatically rewinds fabric rolls, packs them individually, organizes them into layers, and horizontally wraps each layer. A palletizing robot then picks each layer and places it onto pallets automatically fed from a magazine. Once a pallet is fully formed, it moves through an automated pallet wrapping and labeling station without manual intervention.
